HOW TO GET MEALS

We deliver to the greater Sacramento on Sunday night for all orders. Deliveries start at 7am and end around 8pm. However, times may vary.
Local delivery is $12.50.

For the 1300 zip codes surrounding Northern CA, we ship 1-day for $30. These shipments go out on Monday afternoon and typically arrive Tuesday.

     After trying &the major company's *Food for fitness is the best those Guy's they made it super easy to eat clean abd healthy without the hassle of calculation this and that with them 2 high protein meals a day and 2 protein shake 💪 and am good to go .Highly recommend this place. Abd BTW for those that they think is expensive *it's not* I did the math I ended up saving money and Time which big in my life style  time is money folks 😅

     I Love this food service company! We have been with them for over 2 years! The food is always amazing with so much flavor and we never have to worry if our meals are healthy because they are all healthy. This company has helped us lose the weight we wanted to lose and maintain our weight. We eat these meals for lunch and dinner during the week and cook our own meals on the weekends. Takes all the guess work out of what's for dinner after a full day of work and its ready to eat in a couple of minutes.

Not to mention this company is so kind and amazing to work with. I have tried other companies in the past and they are so confusing to order from. This is so simple. Plus, they are local, and I know the produce is fresh. I highly recommend Food for Fitness for anyone who wants to eat healthy but still have a lot of flavors!

     I have been a customer for over two years, so I have tried most of the menu. Right now I have been ordering the herb chicken with sweet potatoes and the Cesar salad wraps  and let me tell you, they are amazing. If your goal is to get healthier and in better shape, this is it!!! the food is great. The biggest thing is the convenience, they bring it right to your door, tracking your calories is super easy, no more grocery shopping and no dishes to wash. It doesn’t get any better than that.
